Refund & Exchange Policy

How long do I have to return an item I have purchased?
you have 20 days from the day that you receive your order to contact us for an exchange/ return. 

What are the return methods?
Returns are handled through USPS using a return label. 

Can I return items if they are worn, damaged or torn?
No. You can only return items that are unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: bodysuits, lingerie, jewelry, cosmetics once the seal has been removed or the items shows smearing. 
Items that are marked for clearance and free gifts cannot be returned.

Please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to be processed back to your original form of payment. 
* Please note due to current guidelines and regulations with COVID refund processing may take an addt'l 3-5 days to complete. 
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
